【關於這個角色】 隨著公司客戶規模持續成長、客製化需求日益增加，我們正在成立一個專責服務大型客戶的解決方案交付團隊。這個團隊的任務是：確保每一位 VIP 客戶都能從需求訪談、方案設計、開發、 導入到教育訓練，獲得良好的產品體驗。 這個角色會負責專案協調，並深入客戶環境與情境，親自參與需求討論、雛形建置與客製化調整，在客戶與工程團隊之間扮演溝通橋樑，而不只是把需求轉手交給工程團隊。 如果你具備工程背景、對AI/LLM技術有概念，或是樂於直接動手為客戶打造解決方案、擅長與客戶溝通協調，這個職位將會是你的舞台。 【工作內容】 - 擔任 VIP 大型客戶的解決方案交付負責人，主導客戶導入專案的完整生命週期：需求訪談、方案設計、開發、上線導入、教育訓練 - 深入客戶現場／情境，確認需求規格，親自動手建置雛形、調整 prompt 與流程設定，快速驗證解決方案可行性…
