What success looks like in this role: - Must possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, MS Teams Meeting Rooms. - Working experience on SBCs/vSBCs such as AudioCodes, Ribbon or similar technologies. - May have worked on various Meeting Room Devices such as Poly, Lenovo, Crestron, Surface Hub etc. - May have knowledge of any contact center solutions such as Anywhere 365, Luware etc…
