About this role

The role can be based at any of our German bases (FRA, HAM, NUE or LEJ). Due to the nature of the position, frequent visits to our other German bases as well as to our HQ in Tallinn will be required. - Oversee employment contracts, amendments, employment standards and compliance with applicable German labour law requirements - Handle or coordinate employee disputes, terminations, investigations…
