ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Process warranty claims – approve/deny or present issues outside of norm, authorized up to $500 without approval •Release warranty claims for payment •Monitor warranty claims to assure dealer compliance •Place any/all POs for Service & Warranty •Maintain high customer satisfaction •Help with Reporting, where needed •Provide semi-monthly reports of warranty claims approved…
