About this role

- Ability to properly use and care for all kitchen equipment. - Knowledge of various methods of food preparation and recipes. - Ability to prepare and execute orders in a timely manner. - Ability to set up, break down, and sanitize assigned stations after each meal period. - Strong knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
